Ralf Weber, is the founder and president of Sylvester's Haven. Ralf has a background in the international consulting and software industries and is the owner of the dog training company Happy Dog Training. Ralf is a certified dog trainer and behaviorist, member of the International Association of Canine Professionals, an AKC evaluator, and author of the behavioral book "If Your Dog Could Talk."
