Hello there! I am a 1-year-old called Casper because I am all white except for one brown spot on my right side. I am told I am very handsome all the time, whatever that means. I just smile always even when I don't know what's going on. Thank goodness I was rescued from the county's death row... nobody has any idea why I was even put there! I had so many ticks when they saved my life. But I am just so thankful to be alive and I show that through my easy going personality and gentle demeanor.
